A man driving a Toyota Corolla this morning, October 10, survived a ghastly accident at Itire road, in front of a new generation bank.
According to eye-witnesses, the car double crossed another car with the plate number LND283AH and the driver lost control of the wheels causing the car to somersault, but the driver was not hurt.
The accident was caused by a commercial bus who tried turning to the other side of the road by climbing the pavement demarcating the road.
A Naij.com reporter who was at the scene sent it photos of the damaged vehicle and the driver.
Just yesterday, October 9, six people lost their lives in a fatal accident at Onipanu bus stop.The crash involved a popular commercial bus. The driver and five other passengers died.
Recall that earlier this year there was another accident in the same area, between Onipanu and Palmgrove bus stops along Ikorodu road. Two loaded trucks collided on the fateful day of July, leaving the driver and passenger of one of the trucks dead.
